Labor Management Relations

PALM/LMC
The Peoria Area Labor Management Council (PALM) was organized in 1984 to foster better relationships between labor unions and management in the Peoria area. LMC Health Programs, Inc. a PALM subsidiary was created in 1992 as a health care purchasing cooperative in response to the escalating costs of health care.
